Reports can be created fully offline — recording, transcription, structuring and translation all run on the device with Gemma 3n. Sending by email to the site manager naturally needs an internet connection; without a network the finished report goes to the queue and is sent automatically as soon as the device is back online.

Yes. In offline mode audio and text never leave the device. In online mode we process exclusively in EU data centres under GDPR; audio is deleted after transcription. Data processing agreement (DPA) and privacy documentation on request.

Yes. The finger signature is embedded in the PDF as an advanced electronic signature (AES per eIDAS) — with time stamp, device fingerprint and cryptographic integrity check. Sufficient for site diaries per ÖNORM / DIN and admissible in court.
